Yes, this is a known issue with Valknut - it references hubs by name
rather than by IP address & port (to be honest, either way causes
problems in certain cases but by hub name is generally more
problematic). You can right click on the downloads in the wait tab and
choose Edit Transfer to update the hub name. Changing the hub
addressing to use IP address has been suggested several times but it's
quite a major undertaking so keeps getting put off :(

Unfortunately the original author (and main developer) has been busy elsewhere for the last few months so development has rather stalled :( Things seem to be picking up recently though as the other developers are trying to get things moving again.
