problem sending traps

Hi,

I'm trying to send traps with cricket. Everything
looked to be working fine as I get

Use of uninitialized value in string eq at
/home/cricket/cricket/lib/snmpUtils.pm line 61.

But I was getting nothing in my openview, so I run
tcpdump to control what I was sending to 10.0.24.5 and
then I found I wasn't sending anything.

I've also configured the iptables to allow everything
to go out.

Any ideas?

p.s. If I do a snmptrap manually it works :(

Graph MAX only (not AVERAGE)

Using standard RRA definitions as follows --

# one point per 5 minutes, spanning 50 hours
rra             5minAve     AVERAGE:0.5:1:600
# one point per 30 minutes, spanning 12 days
rra             30minAve        AVERAGE:0.5:6:600
# one point every 2 hours, spanning 50 days
rra             2hrAve          AVERAGE:0.5:24:600
rra             2hrMax          MAX:0.5:24:600
# one point every day, spanning 600 days
rra             1dayAve         AVERAGE:0.5:288:600
rra             1dayMax         MAX:0.5:288:600

Is it possible to graph data-sources using the MAX RRA only? I know that
I can have them displayed in addition to the AVERAGE RRA with the
show-max and draw-max-as graph parameters but for my yearly views the
graphs are difficult to read. I'm not sure if it's possible to
accomplish what I wish to do within Cricket itself. Has anyone else done
this before?

debug got a value 20, in the rrd database it is 0.

Hi,

The debug says Cricket got a value 20, but it writes to the rrd database 
a value of 0. What could be the problem?

Hi,

I’m using Cricket 1.0.3 for licenses monitoring. May I know whether there 
are ways to do these?

1. Allow user to specify start and end dates for license trend.
2. Track license users.
