Hi, I'm trying to send traps with cricket. Everything looked to be working fine as I get Monitor: Trap Sent to 10.0.24.5: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2595.1.3.1 -- string -- value -- .1.3.6.1.4.1.2595.1.3.2 -- string -- hwIPSectionUsedNum : value : n : 5 : SNMP -- .1.3.6.1.4.1.2595.1.3.3 -- s tring -- /Ripe/prueba/ov -- .1.3.6.1.4.1.2595.1.3.4 -- string -- hwIPSectionUsedNum -- .1.3.6.1.4.1.2595.1.3.5 -- string -- root -- .1.3.6.1.4.1.2595.1.3.8 - - string -- cricket -- .1.3.6.1.4.1.2595.1.3.9 -- string -- 17.99377842 Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /home/cricket/cricket/lib/snmpUtils.pm line 61. But I was getting nothing in my openview, so I run tcpdump to control what I was sending to 10.0.24.5 and then I found I wasn't sending anything. I've also configured the iptables to allow everything to go out. Any ideas? p.s. If I do a snmptrap manually it works :((Continue reading)
