Fw: chello Broadband Service

Dear xxxxx,

chello Broadband have regretfully informed TelstraSaturn Ltd that they
will discontinue their service in the New Zealand market as of 1 February
2001. We want to assure you that we are in a position to offer a replacement
broadband service that can satisfy your Internet requirements.

Paradise is an ISP with a growing reputation for quality Internet services,
having won Net Guide's ISP of the Year Award two years in a row. The
Paradise
Broadband service has been tested alongside other high-speed offerings
and recommended by Computerworld as the fastest and most cost effective
broadband solution. It is for this reason, that we would encourage you
to consider one of our Paradise Broadband solutions:

Paradise Broadband Max
With this service, you will receive downstream speeds of 512kbps (128kbps
upstream) and a monthly data limit of 1GB.
For those of you who make the change to Paradise Broadband Max, we will
be offering a reduced monthly rental of $29.95 (normally $79.95) for the
first month of service.

Paradise Broadband
We've expanded our Paradise Broadband offering to include two exciting
new services.

Option 1 will offer up and downstream speeds of 128kbps and a generous
monthly data allowance of 10GB.
Option 2 will deliver downstream speeds of 256kbps (128kbps upstream) and
a monthly data allowance of 5GB.
