                                !!!

hi again, everyone... i'm back handling the calendar mailouts in hopes
that we can tie this into the wiki housed at http://mw-raves.org/wiki

we're slowly building an event/flyer archive there and anyone can help
edit... all you need to do is create an account and log in to get started.
if you have old flyers scanned, or can contribute info about past events
or midwest artists, PLEASE CONTRIBUTE. we also need people to help patrol
for and delete spam from the site... which has been a common occurance as
of late. i'm working diligently to reduce that..

without furthur delay, here is your weekly mailing :)

                                !!!

* This list is not for redistribution or publication without permission *

I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information here as i'm
mostly relaying it from email or typing it in from a flyer (typos *DO*
happen), but will gladly fix any errors or omissions, just let me know!

The web page is updated throughout the week, you can check that for the
latest information.

Re: WAKE UP SLEEPY HEADS!!!!!

Umm. I just got back from an "Outdoor Leadership Experience" weekend for my
International MBA program in south-central Colorado at a place overlooking
Pikes Peak. The joys of orienteering and high ropes adventures! (and the
associated rope burn from sliding down a 5 ft rope, hitting the end, and
falling 5-10 ft until my team stopped the freefall from 25 ft. up) Running
through rough terrain at 9 AM sunday morning at 9K is more fun than you'd
think. Even though the 2.5 mile run back...wasn't as pleasant.
