Those poor idiots took advantage of themselves by doing what they did in a
public place. If they got high or drunk and then did it, it's just that
much more tragic. But if you do stuff like that in public then you should
expect somebody to watch, and maybe take pictures.

... and furthermore they should've expected someone to be taking picture.
You see pictures from raves posted online all the time. Didn't they think
that if they went to a rave and did something, er, memorable, someone may
want to make a Kodak moment out of it?

I'm not saying whether it's right or wrong for ppl to do those sort of
things. Frankly, I'm a hedonist so I would encourage everyone to do
something pleasurable and perverse today if given the chance. But if you do
it in public don't complain if, in this modern age, half the world sees
pictures of you doing it.

Okay, so all I'm saying is that it isn't right to take advantage of people
like that. Yes, realistically, if you do stupid things in public, then you
can expect them to come back and haunt you. It happens; that's the way the
world works, which is pretty much what you all are saying. What I'm saying
is that it isn't moralistically right to take advantage of people because
they're open for being taken advantage of. It's not right to take advantage

[mw] [BSP] SCR.COMP.002

Hi there folks! My name is Noah and I'm a member of
the SoCal-Raves list out here in sunny southern
California. I've been a DJ and producer out here for
a number of years. I'm happy to let you folks know
about a new project that a few of us folks from the
SoCal-Raves list (http://www.socal-raves.org) have
completed.

Recently a group of electronic musicians from the list
got together (including myself), and I produced a
compilation album of our original works.

Now, before you get any pre-conceived notions, this is
not a burned-off-my-computer CDR-type project. This
is a professionally mastered, professionally produced,
professionally printed and packaged album. From the
music itself to the mastering and replication to the
full-color booklet, this album is on par with anything
you'll find on the shelf at your local music shop.

Also, this isn't some major-label trying to cash in on
putting out a CD of "rave" music. This is the first
release for my label, Abduction Productions. The
album truly is a piece of the underground, produced by
and for the underground, but given the full
professional treatment so that this music can be
presented and appreciated in the manner it deserves.

The album features a wide range of electronic dance
music, from old school "rave" to some downtempo to

Re: [mw] Massive

Okay look, it's obvious there's A FUCKIN' ASSLOAD OF PEOPLE that want to
this happen. I've called Matt massive, but as usual I'm not expecting to
hear back form him (If i do it will be in like five months.) I'm not trying
to talk shit. I genuinely like the guy. But HE NEEDS SOME MOTIVATION. SO,
WHY DON'T ALL OF YOU e-mail his ass or call him and tell him what I told him
today: THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN. I'm willing to work tirellessly on this (and
find the funds) if he just says "okay let's do this." I don't know what else
to say. The people have spoken. We are truly MASSIVE. We have peeps from
Memphis to St. Louis To Milwakee, Detroit, Kansas City that are interested
in ressurecting this thing. LET'S DO THIS DAMN THANG.
