Hey everyone. I hope you're well. I was just talking about when Jane was on Sessions at West 54th back in, I
guess it was 98 or so, and how I missed it and have never seen it. Then I thought that one of you may have
recorded it. So, I am writing to find out if this is the case and to see if there is any way I could get a copy of it.
Thank you.

David Rieken

P.S.
I miss this group. Hopefully, when Issa starts releasing some of her new music (assuming she will) we will
all start corresponding regularly again.

There's something to be said about talking regularly...

Jane on Sessions at West 54th St -- and Issa's Fall tour

Dear David & other Sibs,

I have a copy of the broadcast on a VHS tape. But I'd
be hard-pressed to lend it, as I was in the audience
that night. Though you can come to Philly and watch it
with me in our home. Any ideas of how to make a copy
of a VHS tape so I can send you one? I'm technically
challenged, you see! :)

The show in the studio was fantastic, but only about
20 minutes (3 or 4 songs) ended up in the broadcast
version. A quite awkward interview was included. It
was the first (and perhaps only time) that Jane
appeared on a U.S. television broadcast. The other
half hour of the show is the spectacular k.d. lang.

Jane's mezmorizing performance of Love is Everything
is included on a DVD called The Best of Sessions at
West 54th, vol. 1. The disc also includes great
performances from Sinead O'Connor, Patti Smith, Keb'
Mo', Shawn Colvin, Emmylou Harris, Yo Yo Ma, Suzanne
Vega, etc. (one song each). I got it on Amazon.com a
few years ago & see that it's still available there
for $10 and under. Well worth the price!! I highly
recommend the disc.

Best,
Stevik

P.S. Have y'all seen that Issa has been recording lots

Hey everyone, I hope you're well. I was listening to my XM Radio the other day and there was a song by Joan
Osborne on. The display on my radio said "Joan Osborne w/Issa". I only caught the end of the song and didn't
really get to hear it but am wondering who this Issa was. Anyone have any idea? Could it be?

Re:

Was it a new recording? Joan Osborne has a new CD of covers....called
"Breakfast in Bed" - check it out.
