This week's WK set was triggered by an inspiration I had waking up (waking up and going to sleep seem to be good times for inspiration). In short, things will start out on an ambient tip (Richard Burmer/Steve Reich), and work their way through various flavors (Neotropic, Aztec Mystic, Sterac/Jerome, Plaid, Manuel Gottsching, Duet, etc) before touching down again in a cloud of ambience. I'm preparing for a day-long special feature called "Day of the Dead" featuring music from folks who passed untimely. I have plenty of material from rock, blues, and jazz, but the techno/electronic entries are still a bit sparse Email me if you have suggestions.
