Yamaha Midi Guitar Controller for sale/swap

For sale/swap one brand new Yamaha EZ-EG midi guitar controller.
Guitar shaped midi controller with switched frets, seperate strings
for strumming and trem bar, complete with usb/midi interface, manual,
software and box. Its a great device, but I need to make space for
some other gear arriving shortly.

These are very hard to get hold of in the UK and are a well kept
secret for midi guitarists, there is no pitch to midi conversion with
this guitar, what you play is what you get, the only thing you have to
get used to is the switched frets. Click here for more info
http://www.tencrazy.com/gadgets/ezeg/ will accept £195 or swap for
other guitar synth stuff or sound modules.

I'm located in Scotland and will post to UK/Europe, contact
davenow <at> hotmail.com for more details.

Cheers,

Dave

Re: Axon AX-100SB + Yamaha DB51XG/Upgrade?Update?

You may want to consider the new Terratec software & soundboard
upgrade/update for the AX-100, including a software editor. However,
it is not yet clear how much the upgrade will cost, or when it will
be available.

Hey Terratec, how about some updated information on the
update/upgrade for us AX-100 owners?

It's been a while since the press release. There aren't many distributors
for the AX-100 either and one of them that I emailed never mailed me back
when I asked for info on when the MkII would be available.

Frustrating.

Re: Apple GarageBand, newbies, and MIDI guitar

Hi Wheat,

I've been posting to the GB site as well and you were recommended.
I've been using the GR-33 with my BM 13 Pin equiped guitars for a yr
and a half for live applications. I just assumed I could use the GR-
33 with my new iMac G5, but I was wrong. The GR-33 is just too slow.
I've been told I need the GI-20. I plan to use GB and Logic Express.
I figure I can learn recording with GB before trying Logic Express
which I already have.
So, The Roland GI-20 ,,, that's what you recommend too, right?
 Thnx,

Oh Takashawa,
Japan

PS One of my BM Guitars has both 13 pin and 5 pin... is there
anything out there I can use to try out the 5 pin?

Re: axon,what kann it be?

Hi.I contact Godin guitars. This is what they wrote to me:
Some notes can create a harmonic than will cause double triggers. To
remove the unwanted vibrations from the harmonics, you can unscrew the
back plate, put some foam in the cavity, and re-screw the plate. It
should solve the problem."
I,ll try this tomorow, now is to late...
regards vlad

Re: Re: Apple GarageBand, newbies, and MIDI guitar

If the GR33 is fast enough (for you) for live, then surely it is fast enough
for recording? Does it seem slower when you record?

To use the 5-pin output from the BM and also to get the best from the GR-33
(via its 5-pin MIDI) you need a MIDI interface for your Mac.

Nik

midistore in NY

I was just ripped off by this store recently.
I would recommend never buying here - beware.
THe equipment I bought was not working -
sent it back, and they claimed to never receive
it, even tho' on the phone one worker admitted to
getting the equipment back.
BEWARE!!

Roland G-707 guitar wanted

I'm looking for a Roland G-707 guitar controller, preferably black,
but
as long as its stock and in great shape, any color is fine. A big +
if
you're in Southern California. Thanks.

Re: Apple GarageBand, newbies, and MIDI guitar

Thnx Nik,

The GR-33 into the Mac ... then GB. Many erratic sounds, notes unplayed, unwanted
notes, ect. Samething for G7 Sibelius. I'll have to get the GI-20. The 5 Pin would go to that
interface that's no longer available. Mididaxe ... that company went belly up.

thnx again
Takashawa
