Re: Need some help to do my backup

Hi Marc Abillama,

Aren't you glad you are not from Alabama?
Ok. I'm not funny.

In disk mode, make sure you select the hard drive.
Then press the button under "Save".

Then scroll down to the bottom and select "Everything".

Press the button under "Ok".

I think it might ask you to name the file.
Then you press "ok" to confirm the name.

I think that's it.

Welcome to the list!

Jon

Re: Need some help to do my backup

Hi Marc,

very easy to do:

Go to Disc-Mode and just save "Everything".
This takes everything together into one file. Your Programs, Setups,
Quick-Accesses, all Patches, Samples, KDFX, Songs...everything.

You can reload it as one unit or partially with the "open" function.

Sometimes "bad" english is better to understand because lack of slang and
wild expressions that are not really clear for other languidges.
I am from germany and have bigger problems to understand native english
writing people than "learned" english.

Wellcome in the group
and best Regards
Reiner

Re: Need some help to do my backup

Hello!

Thanks a lot! I'vea already answered to the other
mail, but just noticed that always when I try to reply
a mail, it reply to the sender, not to the list. :(

Nice to see a list where I can get some help! Thanks
again!

Marc

sampling card upgrade for k2kr...

hey there, does anybody know what the going street price is for
the sampler card upgrade for a k2kr?? all i really want is the
digital output, but i guess it might be handy to have the
sampler option...i found a k2krs for sale but it's got 8mb of
sample memory and OS 2.something...so it may be cheaper to buy
that sampler, drop in my memory from the other sampler, and get
the 3.87 OS for $100, then sell the old k2kr...just trying to
gauge the upgrade path for my current sampler...please email
back to nmz77 <at> yahoo.com...l8r...Nick

VA-1 - 911

My Analog senses are tingling, with the rebirth of hiring can the VA-1 be far behind.........and did I see
the tm correctly, Y/C? Always two there are. For years I have felt much confusion within Y/C's force.

Has the clone war Korea finally ended????????????????

Sincerely,

Needed: Roland Power Translator floppies

Sweetwater Sound used to sell a series of Power Translator floppies,
that allowed you to access the sounds from multiple Roland Orchestral
CD-ROMs on the K2000 and K2500. I've got some of these CD-ROMs but do
not have the Power Translator floppies, and unfortunately Sweetwater
no longer sells them. Does anyone out there have any of the Power
Translator floppies? If so, please contact me at shepherd1000 <at> juno.com.
Thanks.

P.S. Forgive my crossposting this to the KurzSounds group, but I
wasn't sure to which group this should be posted.

K2000R

Hi

I was wondering if someone can tell me the price of the Kurzweil K2000R?
Well, the general price range or thereabouts.

Thanks
Dave
