I don't know. Bush/Cheney and their supporters have argued that it comes down to the "War on Terror" above
all else. That's been their biggest push, and many have used that as a defining reason to vote for them.

When did it become alleged? Heck, none of the letters that suggest it isn't real were being all that serious
(one jokes about a reflection of Karl Rove). All the serious comments refer to an appearance of
mainstreaming of his message.

Steyn and his fans are not seriously arguing this was a faked tape, are they? I haven't seen any credible
evidence that it was a doctored video.

Al Queda sent out a letter tp world news organizations begging the U.S.A. to elect Bush, because then
American would surely fall.

Some day, and i do think that if a particular issue is that paramount then
fine, folllow it.

I think that is different then not voting because one issue is a draw.

Just my opinion. i dont hinest give a rats butt if anyone votes or not.

Gack, never type after taking a muscle relaxer.

..dont *honestly give a rat's butt if anyone votes or not

And if that sounds harsh, forgive me.

I'm campaign weary and just wish it was over and decided....which won't be
till Christmas as I see it now.

Christmas is gonna suck bad enough this year.

What evidence do you have that it was *not* a faked tape? All we can
go on is what he looks and sounds like. And at least one Osama
"expert" thinks it does not sound like him, that he didn't mention God
and seemed overly nationalistic.

I don't necessarly think it was faked, but there is always the possibility.

Sounds like reverse psychology to me. :)

Heh...I moved much of my stuff into B's house nearly a full year before
we got married. Though I didn't live there...I spent so much time
there it just made sense, that and the fact that I lived with my parents
about an hour away and going back and forth so much was really arduous.
But yes, it was kind of awkward...but I tried to make myself pretty useful
and fix things around the house, paint, repair, etc...Plus I realized
when I moved in...just how little stuff I really had. Mainly books were
(and still are) my primary prized possessions.

Yes...there is a process of it becoming "your" (plural) space together.
That does require some trust and some awareness of each other.

Well, that would certainly be appropriate. But somehow I think it is going
to take more than returned relics to fix some wounds.

But perhaps it will get people talking...or even better, LISTENING.

But I'm afraid that separate paths of 1000 years are just too far apart
to bring together again. There just seem to be too many differences.

But I suppose miracles do happen.
