btw, did anyone order this? On Facebook at the mo, Emma has just pointed out that none of the band are able to get a copy of this for free so they've not seen it, and the book is not endorsed by the band. If anyone did order it, what's it like? Why only 50 copies fgs?! I understand that stuff like a handmade boxset may take quite some effort, so i can live with such stuff being limited. But a simple bonus CD could easily be made (AND sold) a few times more, couldn't it?
