There is no such function for now.
The method `elmo-folder-delete-messages-plugged' puts
deleted-flag then send expunge command immediately.
I think this came from wl hides folder type details
to provide unified way to access various folders.

Re: searching in IMAP folders

Happy New Year! Me again.

I've the following both lines in my .wl:

(setq elmo-imap4-use-cache nil)
(setq wl-message-buffer-prefetch-folder-type-list
      '(nntp))

But nevertheless I get regularly asked by wl whether mails with more
the 32kbytes (can't remember the exact value) should be prefetched
when I issue 'I' (wl-summary-incorporate).

I don't want messages from IMAP folders to be prefetched, at least not
all messages to be incorporated.

How can I tell it my wl?

Thanks,
Wolfgang

Following two variables concern 'I', defined in wl-vars.el:

(defcustom wl-prefetch-confirm t
"*Confirm prefetching if message size is larger than `wl-prefetch-threshold'."
  :type 'boolean
  :group 'wl-pref)

(defcustom wl-prefetch-threshold 30000
"*Maximum size of message prefetched without confirmation.
If nil, all messages prefetched regardless of its size.
If message size is larger than this value, confirm prefetching
when `wl-prefetch-confirm' is non-nil."
:type '(choice (integer :tag "Threshold (bytes)")
		 (const :tag "No limitation" nil))

Re: searching in IMAP folders

Yes, okay. I found these variables also in the documentation. But I
wonder if it is possible to disable prefetching at all. I though I
could have done it with the both variables I mentioned first.

Is there a way to disable prefetching?

Thanks,
Wolfgang

If you are talking on buffer prefetching which automatically create
message buffers for proceeding messages, you can stop them by setting
wl-message-buffer-prefetch-depth to 0.
The two variables I mentioned earlier were for prefetching which invoked
by 'I' in summary to create file cache.

Wanderlust have those two prefetching features, one is called
"buffer-prefetching" (create message buffers) and the other is
called as "prefetching" (create cache files).
Are these naming confusing?

Please add "t M-o"

It would be nice if "t M-o" would do M-o for a whole thread.
(Also "r M-o" for a region would be nice).

I looked at the code and it would take more than 15 minutes. I
would be happy to write the code (in a day or two) if none of
you will do it. Just give me the offical go-ahead, I'll send
diff's.

(Is there a better place for me to talk to the developers?)

I didn't know that function...
I found the function is broken on cvs trunk and the related function
`wl-summary-copy-prev-destination' has been abolished:

2003-07-13 Yuuichi Teranishi <teranisi <at> gohome.org>
	(wl-summary-copy-prev-destination): Abolish.

while leaving variable `wl-summary-buffer-prev-copy-destination'.
Teranishi-san, what was the reason for above change?

Because I thought it's not necessary.
If someone complains about it, I can implement it again.

By the way, I've fixed "\M-o" and added "t\M-o", "m\M-o" and "r\M-o"
on the CVS trunk.

Thanks. I've fixed the problem of putting empty refile mark.
