You can edit the message (here I have Tools->Actions->Edit Message) and
add the appropriate headers (In-Reply-To and References) to make it
appear as a reply to some other message you have the Message-Id of.

If you don't have such action you can add it from the
Configuration->Actions menu, the one I called "Edit Message"
runs "gvim -f %F".

I use this to fix replies from people using dumb webmail systems.

You can filter them by header, I guess, if a message does not have the
headers In-Reply-To or References it is either the first in a
conversation or it can be considered a non-threaded reply, you may need
to find a way to differentiate the two, maybe looking at the Subject
header, some email clients prepend something like R: or Re: on replies;
anyhow look on the web more info.

In several programs, there are some differences in the menus between Linux
and Windows versions, so it might worth it to look into it.

Current Action implementation heavily depends on the mechanism of Unix
process model (fork() and exec()). Because of that, it is not so easy
to port to Windows.

I've upgraded from 3.2beta3 to 3.2beta8.

While I download mail with POP3, the "Stop" button becomes active,
however after the download is complete, for sometime, it stays active
(though it should have become passive).

Something weird is going on here with beta8 (Win 7x64). I installed
the Win 32 patch three times on June 7, copying the folders and
files to the existing install like I always do, and each time Sylpheed
reverted back to beta7 right after. The last time held until just now,
three days later, and it's done it again. Not sure what to make of it.
