Hello,

Sylpheed 2.6.0rc has been released.

2.6.0 final is scheduled for release in December.

Changes:

    * The backups for configuration files are kept for four generations
      now.
    * Only new messages are counted when incorporating from local mbox.
    * In the folder selection dialog, only folders which are expanded
      in the folder view are expanded now.
    * The folders which should not be selected in the folder selection
      dialog became unselectable now.
    * The bug that the addressbook window was not refreshed when sender
      of message was added to the addressbook was fixed.
    * The compilation error in GTK+ 2.14.x was fixed.
    * Several bugfixes were made.
    * Win32: The Japanese manual was updated.

[sylpheed:32763] two issues, somewhat cosmetic related

1. By clicking File -> Export to mbox file... a dialog box comes up,
which includes these stings:
 Specify target folder and mbox file.
 Source dir:
 Exporting file:

The first string should't be something like Specify *source* folder and
etc. ? (i.e. source, not target)

2. Perhaps a GTK+ issue: on the main toolbar, click on the arrow near
the Reply button (or Forward); a further menu scrolls down related to
that button; without doing nothing to this one, move the mouse cursor
horizontally to other menu positions; no other button gets selected
anymore and the expanded Reply menu remains scrolled down.

Win32 here (2.6.0rc, but these issues are not tied to this particular
version)

dialog box, which includes these strings:
 Specify target mbox file and destination folder.
 Importing file:
 Destination dir:

I just stumbled over a bug in 2.6.0rc which is also
present in 2.5.0:

I have a Trash folder that quite big, when i tried
to select a few of the mails there and delete them
sylpheed runs into the connection timeout (which i have
set to 60s).

The problem doesn't happen any longer in 2.6.0rc.
