Will not send out mail...

Does anyone know why all of a sudden my Squirrelmail will not send out messages?
I can receive message but cannot send mail out. It's not my sendmail because I can send fine
from Outlook Express. Can anyone give me an idea where to start looking??

Thanks for any help..

Kent

Squirrrel Mail not Sending mail out..

I setup Squirrel mail on my RedHat 7.3 system a couple of days ago. It seems to be receiving
mail fine, but it will not allow you to send mail out. After re-booting the machine, I can send (1)
email out from each users mailbox, but it will not let you send more than one. I am sure my
sendmail is working fine because it works fine when you use Outlook Express.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
Kent

Other way around, SM doesn't work in safe mode, but most free hosts
will probably only use safe mode. :)

RE: Setting SM up for multiple domains - 2nd req

I posted this a week or so ago but no replies, so I thought I'd try one
more time. Is there anyone using SM under multiple domains?

I'd like to set up SM so each company we host can access their Webmail
at either webmail.domain.com or domain.com/webmail (I haven't decided
yet). I assume I use different configs for each one to specify things
like company name, logo, etc?

Sorry if this is a newbie question.. :) TIA!

Take care,
       Phil

Re: Will not send out mail...

What do your logs say when you try to send a message? I would try to
send a message and immediately look at both my httpd and mail log files
to see if I could tell what happened.

This question was asked less than a month ago, and answered.

     Search the list archives.

If you have a hunch something might be a newbie question,
make a point of searching the WikiFAQ and the mailing list
     archives first, please.

     Happy mailing!

Re: RE: Setting SM up for multiple domains - 2nd req

Goto www.google.com and do a search:

Qmail Courier Squirrelmail

There is a really nice how-to

Then find the vadmin plugin on the squirrelmail plugin site.

First, check the FAQ at www.squirrelmail.org

If you can't find a solution there, send more info about your setup - is
SM configured to use sendmail or SMTP, what are the values set to, what
version of php, etc.

Why would it take over 4 minutes for SM to go from the login page to
