Translate squirrel into Khmer

Hello,

I am KHOEM Sokhem, a translation coordinator for Localization team of Khmer
Software Initiative project (KhmerOS, www.khmeros.info). I and my team
members have translated many applications/OS into Khmer such as: OpenOffice,
KDE, openSUSE,...

Now we are looking to translate squirrel into Khmer as well.
Could someone tell me how to get the file(s) for translating?

Thanks in advance!

Sokhem

Sorry for being late in my reply. I haven't had access to computers much
this summer.

Thank you for being interested in translating SquirrelMail. We have some
documentation about translations at
<http://squirrelmail.org/docs/translator/translator.html>, which also
includes a link to the statistics at
<http://l10n-stats.squirrelmail.org/>. The templates are in the
repository, which can be accessed through
<http://squirrelmail.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/squirrelmail/trunk/locales/po/>.
"squirrelmail.pot" is SquirrelMail itself, and the other templates and
subdirectories are for plugins. The directory "trunk/locales/po/extra/"
has the lowest priority - it contains plugins that are broken i18n-wise.

We're looking forward to see your work. Feel free to ask for more
information on this list.

Sincerely,
Fredrik

Thanks for your reply.

So now I am not clear with file(s) to translate. I saw squirrelmail.pot,
template.pot and many .pot files. I want to ask you again about the
translations. How many files should I start translating to make it in Khmer
interface fully?
What about the plugins? I plan to translate it as well, is it possible to

Translations for 1.4.15

I have probably overlooked something obvious, but I cannot
find the translations for SquirrelMail release 1.4.15 anywhere.

The download page says
"Distribution: Stable version Version: 1.4.15"
but
"Translations: Stable version Version: 1.4.13-20071220",
so there don't seem to be translations for 1.4.15.
The ReleaseNotes file in the distribution says the same as always:
"[T]ranslations [...] have to be downloaded separately[.]
You can find these packages through our homepage."
So does the locale/README.locales file:
"If you are using a regular SquirrelMail release, translations should be
available from the SquirrelMail download page:"
The ChangeLog file notes some languages have been converted to
UTF-8 but doesn't mention where to find these or other languages.
Nor did I find anything on that topic in the archives this mailing list
since the thread "The translations for SquirrelMail 1.4.15 are branched"
(last post 2008-06-25 15:29).

What am I missing?

Thanks,
Tilman
