Added taglines.po, web_search.po, admin_add.po, online_users.po.

Please recheck rewrap plugin translation.

squirrelmail-1.4.5 problem with Russian

Dear Sir,

We've been using squirrelmail-1.2.8 for years. Recently we upgrade it to
v-1.4.5 . A user reports that he cannot change the language to Russian via
"Options"->"Display Preferences"->"Language" as he did in the past. Choosing
"Russian", but still displays in English.
We then try the various languages. The translation works well for Chinese
(both trad. and simp.), Japanese, French, German, and even Bulgarian (which
is also Cyrillic). A closer examination shows that the encoding for Russian
has been changed from "koi8-r" (v-1.2.8) to "utf-8" (v-1.4.5). I think this
is the reason for the failure. How can this be fixed ?
Our settings are :

 	server: Apache 2.0.54 + PHP 4.4.0 + Squirrelmail 1.4.5
 	client: Win9x/ME + (MSIE 6 / Firefox 1.0.7)

Looking forward to hearing from you.

	What a pain.

I recreated the file from scratch, entered the translation again (it
was only one word), and saved it -- euc-jp encoded. I then sent this
file to myself, downloaded it, and viewed it to see if the encoded was
retained -- it was.

I'm attaching it again. Please let me know if it, again, looses
encoding, but I have no idea what's wrong and how to fix. Perhaps some
others who have run into this can help?

My two cents: just use gzip and send as gzipped attachment. No loss of
encoding, no pain.

Gregory
