New TMDA version available

Since the official TMDA has not been updated in some time, I've taken it
upon myself to make some updates and fixes for issues that I have
encountered. My version is hosted on GitHub here:

http://github.com/KevinGoodsell/tmda-fork

The new version is 1.1.12-kg2, codenamed Pluto. The wiki page has a more
detailed list of changes, but in summary the changes from TMDA 1.1.12 are:

* Updates for Python versions up to 2.6.
* Uses PyOpenSSL instead of tlslite in tmda-ofmipd (tlslite doesn’t work
with Python 2.5 and up, and is far from being sufficiently audited for
security).
* Addition of manpages.
* PAM authentication for tmda-ofmipd.

Packages for Debian (Squeeze and Lenny) and Ubuntu (Karmic) are
available on the Downloads page.

Sorry, but this version does not support tmda-cgi. I simply don't have
the time and interest to support it.
