What is the simplest way

to check wether Razor really work? I have installed and registered my username
and password for the service, but I have tried to find a command to show that
razor is running fine, checking e-mails and sending reports.

Well, if you just installed razor, and did nothing else, it's not being used.

What steps have you taken to integrate razor? Are you using SpamAssassin?
Calling razor-check via a milter? Procmail?
