I've just commited a patch to the CVS to support any character for 
“{username}<char>{domain}” login style. There's now a new option in conf.php

i18n : Uncle NOCC needs you

Hello everybody

Nocc has multi-language support. But now, only french, english and 
xx-hacker language files are fully translated. If some of you don't have 
any of these three languages as mother tongue, you could easily 
contribute to this multi-language support.

*** HOW-TO ***

Just follow these steps :
1 - Get the lastest CVS version (with CVS tools, or the snapshot 
available here : http://nocc.sourceforge.net/page.php?action=snapshot.php ).

2 - Translate as many language files you could. Items to translate are 
tagged with the following comment : "// to translate".

3.a - If you have CVS access to NOCC, submit your changes

3.b - If you don't have CVS access, compress your language file to ZIP 
or GZ formats, then submit a patch here : 
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=12177&atid=312177

*** IMPORTANT ***

  - Language files _must_ be encoded to UTF-8 charset. Forget all ISO or 
KOI or whateveryouwant charset. UTF-8 only.
  - You may ignore the following file, as they will be removed from the 
CVS repository any day : "ar-win.php", "ru-iso.php" and "ru-koi.php".
