bug#927: 927, "tabs not generating correct whitespace" - still reproducible?

Hi,

I've just checked, and I can't reproduce this bug, using CVS head with
ncurses 5.4. Can you see if you can still reproduce the problem? Trying
with mutt 1.5.6 would be best - you can get it from
ftp://ftp.mutt.org/mutt/devel/

(Thing is that although I've set the TERM value to vt220, I'm using Konsole,
so it might not be the same config as the submitter.)

Thanks,

Yes, I also want it.
The patch has already been posted, but not committed.

See "Re: Having . span newlines in a regexp"
http://does-not-exist.org/mail-archives/mutt-dev/msg00866.html
(I haven't used this yet.)

Without this patch, there's no way to match such
long headers precisely.

Doesn't this work? I haven't tested yet:

-    else if (mutt_strncmp (buf, "~A", 2) != 0)
+    else if ((mutt_strncmp (buf, "~A", 2) != 0) && (buf[0] != '\0'))

See 4.2.2.  Complex Patterns

You could match on "~h List-Id.* ~h <list.id.org>", but matching on
<list.id.org> should be sufficient for this example (as it is unique).
