  It has. Try "C-c RET TAB" (mh-mhn-compose-insertion) followed by
  "C-c C-e" (mh-edit-mhn). Get the whole scoop at:

  Part of the new development efforts will be better MIME handling. If
  you would like, submit a bug or patch at:

  The source code will soon be available in the CVS section of the
  site (as soon as I find the Emacs repository ;-) but patches from
  your Emacs 20 distribution should work fine too.
