[ mh-e-Feature Requests-628127 ] automatic dcc in mh-letter-mode

Summary: automatic dcc in mh-letter-mode

Initial Comment:
The dcc: header line is a perfect add-on to send a copy
of all out-going messages to myself. Since I only
recently learned of it, I expect most mh-e users don't
know of it either.

I propose a defcustom to make mh-letter-mode add it to
the headers automatically, with a default of nil.

Any objections?
Any seconds?

Summary: mh-e user agent broken

Initial Comment:
mh-e-user-agent is defined in simple.el to use
mh-smail-batch. However, this function does not use all
of the arguments provided to it. Two important ones
include the cc header field and a function to insert
the body of the message you are replying to.

mh-user-agent-compose, defined next to mh-smail-batch
in mh-comp.el is a bit better as it preserves the cc,
but still ignores the yank function.

Therefore, the following things need to be done:

Summary: Strip build number from emacs-version in X-Mailer

Initial Comment:
Reiner suggested we strip the build number from
emacs-version in X-Mailer.

I'm inclined to agree and put the change in 8.0. Please
let me know if you disagree or thing we should wait.

Summary: Rename X-Mailer to User-Agent

Initial Comment:
Reiner suggest we use User-Agent instead of X-Mailer. I
guess I've seen User-Agent around, but haven't checked
up on the RFCs. If you have any references or thoughts
regarding this, please add them here.

Also, since this could be considered an "incompatible"
change, I'm inclined to make this change in 8.0. Please
let me know any thoughts or concerns you may have.
