Summary: "MIME" submenu of "Message" menu

Initial Comment:
When dealing with MIME messages, there is a whole
keymap (K-) whose existence is not obvious without
reading the documentation. It would be very useful,
especially to a new user, if there were a "MIME"
submenu of the "Message" menu with the usual options
for viewing and saving MIME parts, if the message
contains them.

Summary: B3 context menu for MIME parts

Initial Comment:
A MIME attachment is displayed in the show buffer with
its own text properties, so that B2-click on it opens
the attachment for viewing. It would be great if there
were also a context menu, activated on B3-click, that
showed all the operations that could be done on the
attachment (view/save/inline/delete).

[0]Nuclear Elephant writes "DSPAM v2.10 is finally available, after four
months of development. This is the first stable release to include
[1]Bayesian Noise Reduction which was recently mentioned on [2]Slashdot
and in [3]Wired News as an algorithm providing accuracy levels as high as
10x that of a human. Some other new features include Neural Networking -
which finds nodes in a network that are contextually similar to form a
decision matrix, Global Filtering - which provides SpamAssassin-like
out-of-the-box type filtering for new users until they build up their own
wordlist, Automatic Whitelisting - which automatically learns who your
trusted senders are, and many other optimizations and enhancements.
[4]Head on over and download the latest [5]tar ball."

Summary: mh-refile-msg fails to suggest folder for empty message

Initial Comment:
If you receive a message with an empty body from
someone who is listed in your aliases file,
mh-refile-msg fails to suggest the correct folder.

To reproduce, have someone in your address book send a
message to you with an empty body. Or, simply use "M
(mh-modify-msg)" on an existing message and edit the
From field and delete the body. Note how "o
(mh-refile-msg)" fails to suggest the correct folder.
Then add a blank line and some text under the header
and note how "o (mh-refile-msg)" then works.
