New mailman.pot available for translations


In preparation for the upcoming release of Mailman 2.1.10 which will be
in beta soon, the mailman.pot file has been updated with a few new and
changed messages. The file is available in the Bazaar branch on
Launchpad at <https://code.launchpad.net/~mailman-coders/mailman/2.1>.

The mailman.pot has been updated again with five new messages from
Mailman/Gui/NonDigest.py for the new Sibling list feature.
