Where We Are

Here is Listserv's breakdown of ACCMAIL subscribers by country.

Listserv does not know your actual country of residence. The table
below is really an analyis of the domain registration of your Internet
Service Providers or webmail hosts -- not of where you live.

So all subscribers with .com, .org or .net addresses are included in
the USA count, which is why the USA seems to be the main subscriber
country. My guess is that most of the 'USA' subscribers are actually
in other countries, and the number of countries represented is an
under-estimate.

 Country Subscribers
 ------- -----------
 Argentina 25
 Armenia 1
 Australia 9
 Austria 4
 Belarus 8
 Belgium 4
 Brazil 6
 Bulgaria 2
 Cambodia 1

active www4mail servers

Hi all,

In response to Markov Alexander's message,

As to www4 services, I think "trieste.it" is the only one responding
during the last year. Other www4s either closed or put limitations
and restrictions.

A good service is www@..., the URL should be
in the subject line.
This service became slow too during the last 2 weeks.

Both " web2mail " and " trieste.it " generally, used to be of a good
response during most this year.

a 3rd service is web@..., I'm using it regularly, type
the URL in the subject line, it's not suitable for the download of binary
files as I think, type help in the subject line.
This service is excellent but limited to 15 or 30 messages/month
or 10Mb/month, not sure. I usually use it when fetching image rich
documents. Give it a shot.

If your email account is not a Web email like Yahoo or Gmail you can
try Binky service, I'm not sure if this service still alive but it was very
useful for me 2 years ago. Binky is good to fetch binary files as it is
for web pages.
Send an email to binky@... , type HELP in the message
body, leave the subject line empty.
If you found Binky still alive and need more help on using it, contact this
list, I'll be happy to assist.

Hi all,

Dear contributors to this list, please, Don't copy / paste instructions
regarding the know-how of how to use Web to Mail services from
known pure technical sources, as most of our friends need a step
by step instructions on how to use web2mail , what are the services
available now or how to use them.

This only could be accomplished by giving our real practice,
experience to our colleagues in " web2mail " world.

Additional info. : To do a Google search using www@...
Type: search xyz+mno
where xyz and mno could be any thing that you make with normal google
search.

Bassim
