Hello,

i must be blind but i cannot find the parameter to extend the idle
logout time for the Djigzo management interface. Any pointers where to

User trigger for *not* encrypting mail

Hello,

is it possible or maybe will in the future to have a subject Trigger
for not encrypting a mail even if it would be possible. We use Djigzo
the way that all mail which can be encrypted (valid, trusted
certificate available) will be encrypted and sometimes the recipients
need a unencrypted mail because of forwarding/vacation etc.

Would be nice to have something like the force encryption trigger but
the other way around...

Regards

Andreas

Some certificates fail with "Error building certPath. No data available in passed DER encoded value."

Hello,

since release 2.5 some certificates fail with "Error building
certPath. No data available in passed DER encoded value." The Issuer
certificates are available and shown as valid, Djigzo Version 2.4.x
also show the certs as valid. Any idea what could be wrong?

Andreas

Problem with PDF reply after upgrade

Solved! (h/t Matijn)

The previous djigzo installation was version 2.0.1.

Additional configuration of portal URL was needed since changes were introduced in version 2.3.1

Problem with PDF reply after upgrade

We've just up setup a new djigzo virtual appliance and restore the configuration saved from previous
installation.

The only change made to the original configuration was activation of new cc to replyer option.

The issue. When the reply button is pressed on the received PDF message the djigzo login page is displayed
instead of the reply form.

Any idea what could be wrong in the configuration?

[Help configuring notification sender id]

Hi

I am newbie to djigzo. Thanks for such a wonderful suite. Have just begun
exploring it.

Have successfully setup quarantine rules. The problem is in setting the
sender-id for the "notification mails". I am obviously missing something
trivial in the setup.

The log snipped below shall make my problem clear

Djigzo virtual appliance on Proxmox VE

For those who are interested,
the Djigzo VMware virtual appliance can be easily converted and installed under Proxmox virtual
environment (KVM)
http://www.proxmox.com/products/proxmox-ve.

One only needs to:
- create a virtual machine using Proxmox GUI,
- delete the file created in the VM folder (for example, if new VM number is 100, then the folder is
/var/lib/vz/images/100)
- convert original vmdk file to raw format using Proxmox utility
(for example, qemu-img convert -f vmdk djigzo.vmdk -O raw /var/lib/vz/images /100/vm-100-disk-1 .raw)
- start VM as usual.
In our tests it runs with no problems.
