HEADS UP: Repository migration CVS to SVN in progress - CVS tree frozen

Greetings,

I have just triggered the migration of our CVS repository to SVN on the
sourceforge.net website.

The CVS -> SVN conversion was done with cvs2svn 1.4.0,
I have used this command line:

cvs2svn --force-branch db-txn-mergepoint10-on-branch \
  --dumpfile=svndump --dump-only .
gzip svndump

svndump.gz can be found on shell.sourceforge.net in
/home/groups/b/bo/bogofilter/ - but beware, it's 42 MB.

Please do not commit further changes to CVS, they would get lost anyways
and the changes would have to be manually recreated in Subversion.

I'll post another message here once the migration is completed
and give SVN directions and pointers.

HEADS DOWN: bogofilter reposity changed to Subversion (SVN)

Greetings,

the Subversion import went faster than I thought, and is completed.

In order to check out bogofilter's source code, use (type this on one line):

svn co
https://bogofilter.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/bogofilter/trunk/bogofilter/
 bogofilter

In order to check out bogofilter's web site sources, use (type this on one
line):

svn co https://bogofilter.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/bogofilter/trunk/web/
bogofilter-web

BEWARE: Omitting the trunk/somedir/ part will check out several dozen MB!

Subversion (SVN) migration complete

Greetings,

I believe I have fixed up all the remaining fallout from the
CVS-to-Subversion (SVN) migration, such as adapting scripts and
Makefiles, adjusting the "updateweb" web script and so on.

Apparently, due to improper svn:eol-style properties on images/*.gif,
the icons have been broken for a few minutes on
http://bogofilter.sourceforge.net/, while http://www.bogofilter.org/ was
unaffected.

The fix was to "svn propdel svn:eol-style images/*.gif" from the web/
directory, replace the files and commit.
