Bogofilter-0.92.5 - new current release

Greetings,

Bogofilter-0.92.5 has been released as the new current release.  It
contains a number of minor fixes and documentation updates.  See below
for details.

Caution: If upgrading from an old version and skipping several
intervening versions of bogofilter, be smart and verify that the new

production environment.  This will help ensure that the new version of
bogofilter is working properly.

the previous major stable release.
