Yes, why do you need them?

I don't know, but what I know is: when you want to create a new
thread, the good way is to create a new message, not to answer to an
existing message :-)

I tried to duplicate your problem and could not, although I didn't try emails that had more than 12
recipients. Possibly if you gave more information, such as the number of recipients, someone may be able
to give useful feedback.

Regarding mailing lists, those generally have the 'reply to all' function managed by the list manager,
i.e., I belong to some lists that allow replying to sender and others that allow replying to all and some
that don't allow any replies.

I have triefd this on different messages.
When replying to all on this message, it goes to the list. Normally you
may expect, it goes to the original sender too.

I have tried this with other messages, not from a mailinglist. Messages
with one person in the to field and one in the cc field.

Hello, Marten,

I still think there is a mailing list somewhere involved. I'm not knowledgeable on email header features,
but I know there are mailing lists where a person sends to the list and it appears that you can reply to the
individual, but when you click 'reply' or 'reply all' the email headers set the recipient to the mail list.

If you are experiencing receipt of an email where a person sends to a second person and a copy to a third person
and your clicking 'reply all' sends to just the originator, then I would say it is not a bug, but something
beyond my skill in your computer setup. That is a very basic feature of Becky! and all email clients. Maybe a
reinstall may address it, and maybe someone here with more in-depth knowledge of Becky! may offer some
insight. I'm at a loss on what to suggest.

It's the same here. It worked the mast time I used "reply to all",
with the previous version, or the one before.

BKS files question

I'm trying to gain a better understanding of the files in the C:\Becky! folder... I have a few IMAP accounts
and a POP account and I noticed some files with suffix of BKS and each one appears to have text from all emails
sent that day -yet the sent folder also has them. Does Becky! use these files? Can I just delete them with no
after effects? Or does Becky! offer a tool to clean out such files? Thanks much,
david

Using the SENT option in Folder Properties

Okay, I think I solved my earlier question... but this puzzles me. I set up a folder in one of my accounts and
specified the two SENT options; they look like a great feature to have Becky! automatically keep related
emails in a common folder. I also set a template and a personality. The template and personality worked
fine, but my emails were stored in the default sent folder and when I had messages in the folder and replied
to them, the same thing happened. Have others used these features? I'm guessing I'm overlooking some key
step. Thanks,
david

Try setting up a rule for outgoing mail. Make sure you are in the account you are composing the mail from. Go to
Tools > Filtering manager > Rules > Outgoing > New rule. It's pretty much intuitive from there or click on
the Help button in the filtering manager.
