I don't think it is an easy task to sync becky's mails between two
computers.
You should instead store messages in a _portable_ media, as an USB key
(or a compact-flash card, as I do). The "synchro with a portable media"
is designed to work this way.
If you have already messages in your laptop, and have the same mailboxes
and folders structures than on your desktop, I think the best way would
be to create a portable media from your desktop (in order to create the
main directories structure plus a few synchro related files), copy the
contents of each laptop's mailbox in the corresponding .bmf folder of
the key (as the synchro is probably based on the "cryptic" .bmf's name
and your laptop has not the same name for each email account), then
use the synchro feature from your desktop.
Make sure that when you create the portable media, you unchecked all
"Overwrite" options of the "To Go option" dialog. Instead of that, you
may lose some of your desktop settings when you will make the synchro.
