[comp.lang.scheme] slib2b0 Scheme Library released

Hey Richard,

you can finally throw out the dreaded access-scheme48 slib hook.  From
the release logs of 2b0:

 From Mike Sperber  <sperber <at> informatik.uni-tuebingen.de>

	* scheme48.init Makefile: Now makes use of module system to access
	required primitives.  Added install48 target to Makefile.

... so 2b0 doesn't need it anymore.  scheme/misc/slib-init.scm should
also go.
