CADR source code? anyone?

If I said, "gee, I'd like to look at the lisp code which ran on a CADR
and maybe paw around inside a CADR world file",

Would there be any hope I'd could find anything at this post 19xx date?

I'm quite happy to read old 9-track or 1/4" tapes... or even an SMD
disk.

(reading one of those rk05-ish disks from a nu-machine might be tough,
however :-)

Did any of that software make the jump to something which might be on the
internet today?

ps: I just subscribed to this list (heh), and don't know if it's automated
so please cc' me in any replies... ("is there anybody out there?" :-)

*.lisp maybe?

Also, look for LISPM too. I swear I used to have some of the CADR
sources (not all, but some) however I just recently had a massive disk
crash and lost a lot of my rat-pack.

Setting up a small namespace

I have a MacIvory II that I'd like to use for cl-http and access via x-
windows. I'd also like to access a NFS server from the MacIvory. My
experience so far with Genera is pretty limited.

I've been looking over the Genera Site Operations guide. I think what I need
to do is to set the IP address in the local.boot and replace the standalone
namespace with a namespace that includes all my workstations.

If anyone could validate my approach or make suggestions, I'd greatly
appreciate it.

Thanks,

need a quick experiment on a running l-machine (36xx)...

Hi,

If anyone has a running l-machine (like a 3640) and is willing to run a
quick experiment (should take about 5 minutes, if that), could you email
me? It's just some simple output I need, nothing complex.

I have an working 3640 but my moniterm just died. I'm attempting to get
it fixed but it might take a few weeks...

thanks!
