By Lisp standards, yes: there is one other user besides me.

Well, it is the foundation of my sig, but I have not worked on that in 
three months and even then Cello had reached a point of completion where 
I could Just Use It. Let us say it is actively maintained.

That said, I am turning to qooxdoo/Web for future development.
