Gui Policy Editor for TOMOYO Linux

Well, you might think this is not an "announcement".
But I wanted to share this message posted to "tomoyo-dev-en".

In short, Yoshihiro Kusuno has developed a GUI policy manager
for TOMOYO Linux.

I think, it's a kind of christmas gift to this small project.
