Wine release 0.9.61

This is release 0.9.61 of Wine, a free implementation of Windows on Unix.
This release marks the beginning of the code freeze for the 1.0 release.

What's new in this release (see below for details):
  - Automatic updating of the WINEPREFIX directory.
  - Winhelp now uses Richedit as display engine.
  - Many RichEdit fixes.
  - More improvements to IME support.
  - More quartz fixes.
  - Implementation for many more Gdiplus functions.
  - Lots of bug fixes.

This release adds an initial ROMIO device for BlueGene/P. It has major
cleanup for the propagation of user-defined and other MPICH2 flags

independently. It adds device-specific timer support. "make
uninstall" works cleanly now. Support has been added to take hints
from a config file. There are more tests and bugfixes for
non-blocking I/O. Support has been added for using the PMI Clique
functionality for process managers that support it.
