Cheers!

So, here's what I've found when attempting to locate "new" code.
http://openisp.net/unxsBind/ is where google sends me when searching
for unxsbind.

I've also gotten thrown at http://venus.openisp.net/openisp/mysqlBind

http://openisp.net/openisp/unxsVZ lists svn commands, but they're out
of date, as that no longer seems to be the right tag

I've also found http://openisp.net/openisp/unxsVZ/wiki/InstallingBindYum

These docs all seem disconnected and it's unclear what's the most
relevant and current. The code I see in SVN, here:

http://openisp.net/public-svn/unxsVZ/tags/unxsBind-2.0-stable

says it's v2.0.

http://unixservice.com/source/ lists tarballs for 3.1 and I have
version 3.1-1 installed from the repos…

My goal is to write a puppet module to manage the configuration and

unxsVZ is the list to be on

unxsBind has almost zero traffic and all development info only appears
on the main list unxsVZ.

Therefore join us on unxsVZ@...

Thanks!

New import tool idns-importzones released

New standalone command line program:

idns-importzones

can be found in unxsBind/tools/zones.

It is very easy to compile and use.

It will import (test/debug/commit/commit w/ new jobs) a directory full
of bind compatible zone.db or zone files

Installing unxsbind on CentOS 6

Hi,

Has anyone managed to install unxsbind on CentOS 6 using yum?

I’m having a problem with a mysqlclient dependency:

--> Finished Dependency Resolution

Error: Package: unxsbind-3.1-1.i386 (unxsVZ)

           Requires: libmysqlclient.so.15

Error: Package: unxsbind-3.1-1.i386 (unxsVZ)

           Requires: libmysqlclient.so.15(libmysqlclient_15)

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles –nodigest

I’ve tried downloading libmysqlclient.so.15 copying it to /usr/lib/mysql and running ldconfig but nojoy.

Any help appreciated.

Brett

OpenVZ Template

Hello there,

I installed the rpm under a OpenVZ container running CentO 5.6, and well it is not working properly. I had to do a lot of fixes like the named path, and others...

And it is still not working, because I add a PTR zone and it is not responding. Looks like it is not updating. So I updated the cron, and well all is a shit.

I sign up in the mail list because I think you have ready openvz templates. But I dont see where can I download them.

Can someone let me know the URL?

Thank you!

Larry

VM image download for evaluation

Hello there,

I subscribed to this mailing list to get download access for a
unxsBind-VM, because I wanted to test unxsBind with VMware Player.

Is this the right place for this purpose?

If yes, please give me information where and how to download such a VM.

Thanks and Greetings
