Sources and documentation for building ntop on MingW

Hi list,
savefile.com are back on their feet and I have uploaded MinGW-ready sources (in sync with CVS as of
20061106) to http://savefile.com/projects/1015166
The zip file is MUCH bigger (13.9 MB) than previous ones because there are many more libs to build now.
