Your Garanti account has been locked due to some internal issues on 22/02/2011. To avoid losing important
information such as your current ballance, scheduled payments or payees, you must unlock your Garanti
online account.
Please follow these steps:
1. Visit our secure website located at: http://rrcs-72-43-196-30.nys.biz.rr.com/tr/garanti/
2. Login using your Customer Num and password.
3. Enter the PIN you receive via SMS in order to login successfully, then enter your Single-Use PIN. 
4. Logout. Please wait between 2-4 hours for your account access to be restored.
