Konqueror/filemanager does not restart

Hi,
maybe it's a kde bug, but since 3.5.0 (now 3.5.1) I cannot restart
konqueror or filemanager once I have closed it.
But wait, after some 10 minutes or so I doubleclick my personal folder 
and it magically starts, the same with konqueror with websettings.

Sys: el4 u2 up2date, kde-redhat unstable, so it's kde 3.5.1 now.

Anybody seen this?
P.S. it's a vnc session...

I've seen some strange behaviour when I try to start Konqueror via 
kfmclient, if
I start it by using the command: konqueror it starts normally.

yes,that's it.
If I start konqueror directly, it works
but with kfmclient it goes to nirvana...

Upgraded yesterday, and no problem encountered for now on my FC4 box.
Just noticed that there is no update for kdeadmin 3.5.1 in the FC4 repo.

en_US keyboard layout is missing

Hi,

I'm using this little nice KDE keyboard tool for switching between different
keyboard layouts. Since updating to KDE 3.5.1 for me it's not possible 
to switch
back to the en_US (U.S. English w/ ISO9995-3) layout. Only us (U.S. 
English) is
available.
Is this a bug, a feature, or is this en_US layout for some reason not 
useful anymore?

I'll go fire up VirtualPC, and see what fc3 looks like.

us_US is listed as an available layout on my (virtual) fc3 box too.
