103 available DCS codes

In hamlib-1.2.1/kenwood/ts2000.c it says
 * 103 available DCS codes
and then proceeds to list 104+1=105.

Eric> What should it say?! Please, elaborate.

This must all be a sourceforge issue, so sorry to waste your
time. Closing the bug. The user ends up with both -1 and -2 files.

New release 1.2.2 soon

Hi everyone,

The basket is almost full of new models and stuff, and the DReaM[1] guys
await an official release. We've been working to have Hamlib compile
and run properly under Windows, and it seems to work at last.
Hamlib is going to be the preferred method of radio tuning for DReaM.
So we'll have to expect some more traffic :)

Anyway, I propose to make the 1.2.2 release this week-end. So if you
have some late fixes in the pipe, it's not too late. Otherwise, that will
be for the 1.2.3.

Reports are welcome, especially for rigs new/modified in this run, and
regression on your platforms (*BSD, MacOSX, ..).

Cheers,
Stephane - F8CFE
