montar USB com usuário não-root

Boa noite colegas,

Em uma das minhas últimas atualizações, agora montar uma partição de um pendrive começou a solicitar senha do root...

Problemas com o udev-197-r1

Senhores, depois de efetuar a copia da minha instalacao antiga para o hd novo com o rsync.

Fui atualizar o sistema, eis que o udev-197-r1 foi instalado, sem problemas.

Mas, depois meu teclado e mouse usb nao funcionam mais.

Achei que era problema no Xorg, fiz um chroot, tireo o xdm do ar.

E o teclado nao funciona nem mesmo para fazer o login sem X.

E quando inicio o sistema pelo hd velho tudo funciona bem.

Estou suspeitando que seja o udev-197-r1, alguem tem noticia de algum problema, o bugzilla nao diz nada.

Copiar uma instalação do gentoo

Boa tarde

Estou com uma duvida, meu HD ficou pequeno, então comprei um HD maior, mas não quero instalar o gentoo de novo.

Então queria copiar minha instalação atual para o HD novo, o melhor jeito seria o bom e velho CP, ou existe
algum jeito melhor para copiar uma instalação?

Não necessito copiar os arquivos do meus diretorio de usuario, só a instalação mesmo!

Eu encontrei algumas dicas neste site

Problemas no som do Youtube

Boa tarde!

Ontem instalei uma placa de video nvidia gtx 650ti no meu PC, tudo bem, funcionou bem, mas o youtube desde
então não toca mais o som.

Percebi que o driver da nvidia instala o HDMI output, mas teoricamente esta tudo configurado e
funcionando, pois o som do pc funciona normalmente, VLC e etc.

Eu utilizo uma placa de som Creative Emu10k

Alguem ja teve este problema?

Locazação do KDE 4.9.3

Olá a todos!

Uso o KDE 4.9.3, e não consigo fazer a localização para unicode/uf-8

Pois o Dolphin, não consegue abrir arquivos com acentos, e dos meus arquivos antigos, todos os caracteres
com acentos, viram (?) interogação.

Ja segui o Guia de Localização do Gentoo.

Alguém tem alguma dica?

problema com Firefox + java + BB

Caros,

Após atualizar o sistema, o site do BB passou a não reconhecer o java, nem no firefox nem no chrome.

Me certifiquei de escolher a versão da oracle:

atualização do gnome não mostra mais icons no lado superior direito

Olá pessoal boa noite.

Atualizei o gentoo e os icons que ficam na parte superior direita do 
gnome até carregam mas ficam "invisiveis". Exemplo: se digitar no 
console nm-applet um espaço em branco é adicionado no lado direito, em 
seguida aperto ctrl+alt+f1 e vou para o terminao quando volto para a 
interface gráfica com alt+f8 o icone aparece, somente consigo fazer os 
icones aparecerem desta forma.

MTP Filesystem

Boa tarde.

Estou necessitando conectar meu celular Android ao computador.

Mas para tanto tenho que instalar o suporte ao filesystem MTP.

Ja segui alguns tutoriais, mas nenhum funcionou, ja instalei o libmtp, mtpfs, ja criei a rule para o udev
(52-adroid), mas nada funcionou.

Alguém tem alguma dica?

Como lidar com estes bloqueios (blocks)?

Buenas, vou instalar o Gnome mas antes gostaria de atualizar todo o 
sistema, visto que adicionei muitas USE flags. No caso, o comando para 
isso seria:
emerge --update --deep --with-bdeps=y --newuse world
Mas, ele diz que alguns pacotes estão bloqueando outros. Segundo o 
Handbook, nesse caso eu tenho que desinstalar (unmerge) quem está 
bloqueando, mas não sei até que ponto isso não pode estragar todo o 
sistema. Segundo os logs anexo, por exemplo, diz que o pacote openrc é 
necessário (required) para o baselayout, só que ele bloqueia o udev-192. 
Têm alguma sugestão, por favor?

Anexo a saída do comando acima e também o arquivo com o erro. Para gerar 
os arquivos eu fiz:

Erro a compilar xf86-video-intel não importando a versão

Caríssimos:

Instalei todo o xorg-server, menos o x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel. Desta 
vez o erro foi na fase de compilação. Tentei instalar uma versão menor 
através do /etc/portage/package.mask, mas com igual resultado. Alguém dá 
alguma dica pelo log anexo, por favor?

Erro a instalar pixman

Prezados,

Fui instalar o xorg-server com o ~amd64 habilitado. Após instalar com 
sucesso cerca de 15 pacotes, deu erro no pixman. Como eu não fazia muita 
questão de usar o xorg-server em testes, dei unmerge em todos os pacotes 
até então instalados e tirei o ~amd64 a fim de instalar a versão 
estável, mas ocorreu o mesmo erro.

Uma coisa curiosa que não sei se tem a ver com o problema é que, na 
primeira vez que eu dei emerge -pv xorg-server, acusou 77 pacotes novos, 
mas depois passou a acusar apenas 55, mesmo eu tendo desinstalado tudo 
com unmerge.

Gostaria que vissem os arquivos anexo e ver se tem alguma coisa mais ou 
menos óbvia ou sugerissem o que posso fazer. Um é o emerge --info e 
outro o log do build.
