Upcoming 2008.0 handbook directory move

Hey all. Since we never made a 2007.1 release, I'm going to have to move
& rename stuff inside /doc/en/handbook/ to 2008.0. This includes the
2007.1/ directory.

I'll do it about 24 hours from now (2008-02-26, 5:31PM PST (GMT -8)). If
you have any changes on your local machine inside 2007.1/, best make
them now or find some other way of hanging on to 'em.

The move will be performed as described here[1].

It's moved. I hate CVS. It's official. No one should ever have to move
directories using CVS. Now I'm all for a switch to anything *but* CVS.
Even git.

Well, maybe not git.

Thanks for playing!

We *always* win. Period.
