Mailing Lists

Hi crew,

After some upgrades to the server, the folks at Gentoo decided to fix
up some initial mistakes they made with the mailman installation. I've
shuffled things around now to the new, fixed, compliant format. All
seems fine, but if anything does go wobbly over the next few days
please let me know.

(You may have noticed some oddities over the past few days, maybe a
few bounced messages or something, I believe I've addressed those
issues now).

Regards,
Tomasz

[PRJ009] Linux DVB development effort

Hi all,

One new project for now (more coming).

This is a dvb driver, and will take some people who know the video
subsystem, and the firewire one as well. Hopefully the developer has
access to DVB signals for testing (note, this rules out anyone in the
USA.)

Any takers?

thanks,

greg k-h

What DVB is it ? Satellite, Cable, Terrestrial ? In fact, it is not the
video
subsystem but the DVB subsystem.

I think it's satellite, but am not sure.

And yes, sorry, it's the DVB subsystem, not the video one.

No, I was just making the assumtion that no one in the US would not have
access to such a thing.

So yes, if you do, by all means, sign up :)

Is there a driver available for SDIO wifi cards using the MediaTek
chipset? Such as the MT5911.

Do you happen to have specs for such a chipset? If so, we can work on
creating a driver, otherwise, I suggest asking the kernel MMC/SDIO
developers if they know of such a driver.
