Hello Johannes,
Look in the file "MAINTAINERS" in your Linus source tree. That is where to
find the information about where to send updates.
To facilitate the process you should include:
- Identification of yourself.
- Identification of the source kernel that you used to patch from ( ex.
kernel.org/linux 2.2.4
- unified patch (diff -NAUR) cleaned for unrelated diff entries)
