there isn't a packet in debian.org.

This mailing list is about Debian websites (I don't even know what is GMSH, you
may explicit this when you ask for help).

For support regarding Debian use, see http://www.debian.org/support#mail_lists
and http://lists.debian.org/users.html where you can ask questions in your own
language. 

PS: a quick web search show http://bugs.debian.org/671863 and the fact gmsh is
science-related. You may contact debian-science <at> lists.debian.org too.

[PATCH] Guidelines to be listed as Debian speakers

Hi there!

I would like to be listed in the Debian Speakers page:

  <http://www.debian.org/events/speakers>

However, I could not find any guideline similar to the consultant ones:

  <http://www.debian.org/consultants/info>

Here is a proposed patch, based on the above page.  I have not committed
it yet because I would like some comments before.
