Bug#671023: packages.debian.org lists alpha and hppa as official ports

Package: www.debian.org
Severity: normal

Hi,

while looking at http://packages.debian.org/sid/btnx, I noticed that
alpha and hppa are not listed as "unofficial port", while
http://www.debian.org/ports/ correclty says, they are discontinued
since Squeeze.

Evgeni

Bug#671030: inconsistent writing of {32,64}{-, ,}bit on the ports page

Package: www.debian.org
Severity: minor

Hi again :)

The ports page [1] tends to have the bitness (yay, word-creations) of the
arches written in different ways.
For example the amd64 port:
First officially released with Debian 4.0. Port to the 64 bit AMD64 processors.
                                                       ^^^^^^
The goal is to support both 32bit- and 64bit-userland on this architecture.
                            ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
This port supports AMD's 64-bit Opteron, Athlon and Sempron processors...
                         ^^^^^^

Regards and thanks for your work
Evgeni

[wiki] XMPP/Jabber notification support

Hi,

I recently discovered that MoinMoin has an XMPP/Jabber notification
support [1], but it doesn't look to be set up on w.d.o. Does this
improvement has been yet planned ? This could contribute to make the
wiki more attractive.

Regards,

Manu

Debian i18n sprint "towards i18n.debian.org" - current status of the proposal

Thank you to all people who contributed to this thread.

I finally managed to create a wiki page that attempts to summarize
discussions as of now.

This wiki page is certainly widely perfectible, but that is a wiki,
you know what to do..:-)

Please refer to my original message
(https://lists.debian.org/debian-i18n/2012/04/msg00101.html) for
details and goals of that meeting.

So, to all potential participants, please complete the wiki page and
help me in organizing this stuff with the few time I have for
that..:-)
