www.debian.org: Changelog of pulseaudio 1.0-1 is not available

This may be related to the fact that pulseaudio switched to xz compression
with the 1.0 release. The links to changelog/copyright are also broken
for other packages using xz compression, e.g.

... which is a link to 
https://alioth.debian.org/project/request.php?group_id=1135

Following this link as an ordinary website visitor, leads to
Alioth showing a default page, saying that the requested
function is not available, if one is not logged in.
Therefore I would suggest the following changing:

IMHO the patch looks sane.

BTW: could someone confirm, that he is able to log into Alioth 
(for example watch the "My Alioth" site https://alioth.debian.org/my) ? 
I am unable to login on Alioth, I always get "wrong username/password".
I already mailed admin <at> alioth.debian.org about that four weeks ago,
but no response.
