FORMATO DE LOS WORKSHOPS
Nos satisface invitar a la comunidad ibérica académica y empresarial en sistemas y tecnologías de la
información que someta ofertas de Workshops para CISTI’2012 (7a Conferencia Ibérica de Sistemas y
Tecnologías de la Información), a celebrar en la ciudad de Madrid, España, entre el 20 y 23 de Junio de 2012.
Cada Workshop será coordinado por un comité organizador compuesto de, por lo menos, dos investigadores
en el área, preferiblemente de diversas instituciones e países. Los organizadores deben crear un
comité de programa internacional para el Workshop, con investigadores reconocidos dentro del área
científica específica.
Selección de los Workshops será llevado a través del Coordinadores de la conferencia CISTI 2012. Los
artículos longos aceptados en los Workshops serán publicados en las actas de la conferencia, en
capítulos específicos relativos a cada Workshop. Las actas serán presentadas para su indexación
por Thomson ISI, SCOPUS, INSPEC y EBSCO.

ORGANIZACIÓN DE LOS WORKSHOPS
El Comité organizador de cada Workshop será responsable de:
•    Producir y distribuir la llamada para artículos (Call for Papers) del Workshop;
•    Coordinar el proceso de revisión y selección de artículos remitidos al Workshop;
•    Entregar las versiones finales de los artículos aceptados en el Workshop, de acuerdo con las
orientaciones  y las fechas límite, definidas por la organización de CISTI 2012;
•    Coordinar las sesiones del Workshop en la conferencia.
Los organizadores de CISTI 2012 reservan el derecho de cancelar cualquier workshop si las fechas límite
indicadas no son respetadas o si el número de participantes registrados es demasiado bajo para cubrir
los cutos del Workshop.

CONTENIDO DE LA PROPUESTA
Las propuestas de Workshops deben contener la información siguiente:
•    Título del Workshop;
•    Breve descripción del alcance científico específico del Workshop;
•    Lista de las temáticas de interés (máx. 15 temáticas);
•    Razones para el Workshop ser celebrado en CISTI 2012;
•    Nombre, dirección postal, teléfono y email de todos los miembros del comité organizador;
•    Propuesta del Comité de Programa para el Workshop (nombres e instituciones).
Las propuestas se deben presentar electrónicamente por email para cisti2012 <at> gmail.com (cc:
lpreis1970 <at> gmail.com), en PDF, (en portugués, castellano o inglés), hasta 28 de Octubre de 2011.
