As far as load/etc goes, check out the munin graphs for widor:

Most of the time, the load is over 1.0:

I'd suggest consulting DSA, but I think we should be able to handle the
extra load. 

To give an idea about usage, in the apache2 access log, there are now
248413 lines, the first is from 31 Mar 2010 06:25:29 and the last 01 Apr
2010 01:57:26.

I think the idea is interesting but I can't spare much time to do work

Inscrições - Sgt Peppers BeatlesFest

    Começaram as inscrições para o 1° Sgt Peppers Beatles Fest

   Começando pelo nome, o Sgt Peppers Rock Bar, tem uma forte ligação com o quarteto mais famoso do mundo. O Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band é o oitavo álbum lançado pela banda britânica. É frequentemente citado como o melhor e mais influente álbum da história do rock e da música. Foi lançado em 1 de junho de 1967. Considerado como álbum inovador desde sua técnica de gravação até a elaboração da capa.

   Com um mote desses, surge a pergunta: Como celebrar essa data da melhor forma?

   Nada mais interessante que movimentar a produção musical da cidade, e fãs de carteirinha dos Beatles num festival, que tivesse muita música, qualidade, surpresas e prêmios para todo mundo sair ganhando nessa história.

    E assim foi feito. O Sgt Peppers abre as inscrições para as bandas que desejarem participar do Sgt Peppers BeatlesFest. Festival que acontecerá em 3 etapas. Até 15 de abril, os interressados devem se inscrever para o festival que no mês de maio terá as seletivas e na semana de 01 a 05 de junho acontecerá às finais.

    A banda vencedora ganhará um prêmio de três mil reais e as 8 finalistas gravarão uma música dos Beatles num album promocional que será produzido pelo Sgt Peppers juntamente com o Rocket Estúdio.

I have absolutely no idea what those files are or may have been used for. 
I've never worked on that aspect of the CD pages. Josip Rodin or Richard 
Atterer are more likely to know.

It seems to me that most (not all!) images there could be removed as they 
were probably only used for the old d-cd specific page header [1].

P.S. The color of the "Latest official release" box is a remnant of the old

Oh yes, those are left over from the old /CD/ design. Please remove them!

Done. There were references to them in Makefile.common as well.
